Bankinter International Fund SICAV

Bankinter has had a SICAV in Luxembourg since 1994 (Bankinter International Fund SICAV). This is a UCITS vehicle that is fully compliant with European legislation and supervised by the Luxembourg regulator: CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier).

Compartment structure

Our SICAV is built on a structure made up of independent sub-funds. Within the same vehicle, each sub-fund has its own singular investment strategy, as established by local regulations.

The SICAV's prospectus includes the key features of each sub-fund, such as its investment policy, share classes, distribution, minimum amounts and fees.

Thanks to its combination of financial and legal security, as well as the volume of investment funds deposited (the second most in the world), Luxembourg has been able to create an ideal environment for depositing SICAVs.
